BANGOR – Larry B. Huffman, 43, died unexpectedly Sunday, Jan. 15, 2006, at his home in Bangor. He was born Jan. 12, 1963, in Fort Ord, Calif. and grew up on the Monterey Peninsula of California before moving to Maine. Larry enjoyed the friendship of fellow residents and staff at the Fairmount Boarding Home in Bangor. He enjoyed a good joke and his many daily cups of coffee. Larry is survived and will be sadly missed by a brother, Walter Huffman and his wife, Charlene; nephew, Andrew Huffman and his wife, Brooke and their son Jacob; niece, Heidi Eastman and her husband, Greg and their children, Isabella, Riley and Eliza. A note of thanks is extended to the staff and residents of Fairmount Boarding Home for the many acts of kindness to Larry during his residency. A very special thank-you to “Lori,” a friend during many difficult times. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert P. and Anne E. Huffman; and by a brother, Donald Huffman.
