HAMPDEN – Lee K. Rowell passed away unexpectedly March 18, 2005, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Feb. 2, 1983, in Bangor the son of Kenneth and Diane (Rossignol) Rowell Jr. He graduated from Hampden Academy in 2002. Lee attended Northeast Technical Institute earning his Class A commercial vehicle license which he was especially proud of. He is survived by his parents, Ken and Diane (Rossignol) Rowell Jr. of Hampden; grandparents, Kenneth and Kathleen Rowell, Norman and Connie Rossignol, all of Bangor; great-grandmother, Marion Rowell, of Penobscot; uncles, Rob Rossignol and his wife, Cindy, of Orrington, Kevin Rowell of Sabattus; aunts, Kathy Davis and her husband, Richard, of Bangor, Karen Hutchinson and her husband, Linwood, of Hermon; cousins, Kendra and Brandon Davis, Kacie and Michael Hutchinson; and many other family members in the area. A service of remembrance will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor with the Rev. Richard M. Dickinson, U.S. Air Force Chaplain, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Brookings-Smith Family Center, 163 Center St., Bangor immediately following the service.
