SHERMAN – Leonard F. Greenier, 49, went to be with Jesus, Aug. 2, 2005, at Millinocket. He was born May 4, 1956, in Island Falls, the son of Francis and Esther (McNally) Greenier. He graduated from Katahdin High School in 1974, and worked at Golden Ridge Wood Products in Sherman. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, fly tying, playing guitar and backyard barbecuing for his family. In addition to his parents of Sherman, he is survived by one sister, Gail; and one brother, Robert and his wife, Gail, all of Stacyville; nieces and nephews Craig, Jason, Kaylee, Dylan and Molly; many aunts uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, David in 1977; an uncle, Doug in 1993; and a much loved yellow lab, Dusty. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, at the Sherman Corner Cemetery, with the Rev. Lance Almeida rector of the St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Millinocket, officiating.
