WASHBURN – Leroy E. Beaulier, 84, died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007, at his residence. He was born Aug. 26, 1922, in Limestone, the son of Joseph and Elizabeth (Doucette) Beaulier. Leroy served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked at Taterstate Foods, Washburn, for a number of years. He loved to fish, watch the Red Sox and the fishing shows on TV. He is survived by a son, Brent of Washburn; a daughter, Carolyn Rossignol and her husband, Donald, of Washburn; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Frances (McDuff) Beaulier in 1999; a son, Gerald in 1993; a brother, Gerald; two half sisters, Edna Doody and Helen Bourgoin; and a great-grand-son, Trevor Holmquist. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, at Riverside Extension Cemetery, Washburn, with the Revs. Bruce Blakney and John Palmer officiating. A military committal will be after.
