LAKE WORTH, Fla. – Mrs. Lillian F. Parry, 80, passed away at 11 p.m. on April 18, 2004, in West Palm Beach, Fla. Mrs. Parry was born Lillian Hope Fitzgerald on March 31, 1924, and was raised in Bangor, the youngest of three daughters. Her parents were Alice Martin of Bangor, and George Fitzgerald of Lowell, Mass. Lillian was married in 1945 to Charles Edward Sullivan, also of Bangor. They had two sons, Charles Edward Sullivan Jr. and Timothy Robert Sullivan. Charles Jr. died in action in Vietnam, a lance corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps, in 1967. Charles Sullivan Sr. died in 1968. Lillian remarried in 1978. Her second husband was William Parry of Lake Worth, Fla., formerly of Liverpool, England. Mr. Parry passed away in 1992. Mrs. Parry is survived by one son, Timothy R. Sullivan of Miami, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Colleen Parry Wood of Wellington, Fla.; and two step-grandchildren, Kristen Wood of Lantana, Fla., and Daniel Wood of West Palm Beach, Fla. There will be a brief graveside ceremony 10 a.m. on May 13, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bangor.
