BANGOR – Linda Besson Caliendo, 50, of Chesterville, formerly of Orrington, died Friday, Nov. 10, 2006, at a Bangor hospital, where she had been a patient for four weeks. She was born Nov. 22, 1955, in Farmington, a daughter of Floyd and Theresa Besson. At the time of her passing, she was employed at Crescent Lumber Co., Orrington. She was a loving and devoted mother and is survived by her two children, Lisa and Anthony Caliendo of Montana; her mother, Theresa of North Chesterville; a sister, Garnet Wheeler and her husband, John, of North Chesterville; her fiance, Mike Beal, of New Sharon; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be sadly missed. She was predeceased by her father, Floyd; brother, Lester; several aunts and uncles. Family and friends are invited to call 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road, Routes 2 and 27, Farmington. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Middle Street, Farm-ington. Committal services will be held at the Webster Cemetery, Route 156, Farmington. After the services, all are welcome to attend a family reception at the Besson home in North Chesterville.
