BANGOR – Linda M. Osgood, 57, died Dec. 22, 2005, at Maine Medical Center in Portland from cancer. She was born Jan. 25, 1948, in Lincoln, the daughter of Charles and Jacqueline (Cota) Osgood. She is survived by her mother of Bangor; brother, Chuck Osgood and his wife, Dianne, of Belgrade; niece, Jessica of Vermont; niece, Jennifer and her husband, Jeffrey Robinson; and great-niece, Alexis, all of Belgrade; her uncle, Eben and his wife, Janice, of Orono; her aunt, Ellie Martin of Toddy Pond and several cousins. She will be missed by her caring and best friend, Katrina Ireland and her three children of Brewer. A service of remembrance will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Dr. George Curtis III, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Brewer, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at Park East Villa, 321 Stillwater Ave., Bangor, immediately following the service. Interment with her Dad will be at Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Augusta.
