MILFORD and ORONO – Linwood F. Hogan, 63, died April 23, 2007, at a Bangor hospital, after a long illness. He was born July 1, 1943, in Bangor, the son of Harold and Viola (Violette) Hogan. Papa loved animals and going for rides. He enjoyed NASCAR, working on racecars, building engines, helping others with their racecars, and being in the garage. He was a member of the Eagles Club of Brewer. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Sharon (Beede) Hogan of Milford; three sons, Keith Durrah and his wife, Wendy, of Brewer, Randy Hogan and his wife, Jennifer, of Milford, Steven Hogan and his fianc?e, Amy McInnis, of Veazie; six grandchildren, Chuck, Heather, Christopher, Abby, Brianna, and Allie; one great-granddaughter, Mackenzie; and his very special pal, “Claude.” Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 26, at Brookings-Smith, LaBeau Chapel, 72 Main St., Orono. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, April 27, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Orono, with the Rev. Wilfred Labbe, pastor, celebrant.
