CALAIS – Lloyd A. Lee, 62, died unexpectedly Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007, at his home. Lloyd was born Feb. 26, 1945, in Calais, son of the late Carroll and Gladys (Bohanon) Lee. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving as a machine gunner on a helicopter. While in a Vietnam, Lloyd was shot in the line of duty and received the Purple Heart. He was a member of Sherman Brothers Post No. 3 American Legion, Calais. Lloyd enjoyed playing pool and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his four brothers, Hazen, Norman, Ivan and Bernard Lee. Surviving are his three sisters, Elaine Diabo, Barbara Seeley and Mildred Seeley, all of Calais; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
