HAMILTON, N.J. – Lloyd R. Gould, 94, died Dec. 15, 2004, at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, N.J. Born and raised in Island Falls, he lived in Whiting, New Egypt, Basking Ridge, Far Hills, and Hamilton, N.J. He owned and operated Gould’s Amoco Service Station in Bernardsville for 45 years before he retired in 1975. He was predeceased by his first wife, Marjorie W. in 1962, and his second wife, Bess Gould in 2000. He is survived by his son, L. Robert Gould of Ewing, N.J.; two daughters, Barbara Hedel of Sarasota, Fla., and Diane Dunphy of Scituate, Mass.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22, at Gallaway & Crane Funeral Home, 101 South Finley Ave., Basking Ridge, N.J.
