LINCOLN – Lorraine I. St. Peter, 70, passed away Oct. 18, 2005, at a Bangor hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Aug. 1, 1935, in West Enfield, the daughter of Charles P. and Irene M. (Roy) St. Peter. Lorraine was a very devoted mother, whose greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered for her smile, quick wit and sense of humor, which she had until the very end. She is survived by four children, Wanda Pond of West Enfield, Wayne Sellars of Pell City, Ala., Shelly Sellars and Sharon Nelson, both of Lincoln; seven grandchildren, Michael Pond, Kevin Sellars, Jamie Reed, Ryan Sellars, Josh, Miranda and Landon Nelson; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Freda Lariviere of Rumford and Mary Louise McIntyre of Lincoln; several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind many special friends, including her cat, Babe. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Evelyn; and three brothers, Anthony Fredrick, Charles Jr. and Dale St. Peter. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church, Lincoln, with the Rev. Myles Cyr presiding.
