BANGOR – Louise Frances Leen, 86, died April 20, 2005, at a local hospital. She was born Feb. 2, 1919, in Bangor, the daughter Sidney and Edna (White) Leen. Louise was employed for many years in the shoe industry. She was a communicant of St. John’s Catholic Church, Bangor. Louise is survived by two brothers, Francis and his wife, June Leen, of Bangor, Joe and his wife, Helen Leen, of Bangor; many nieces and nephews, including one special nephew, Francis “Buster” Leen Jr. and his wife, Cindy. Louise had a lifelong love of animals, one of her favorite dogs, Chewy, was always by her side. Friends are invited 6-8 p.m. Sunday, to the Greenlawn Memorial Funeral Home, 300 State St., Bangor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at St. John’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the family lot at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
