WINSLOW, Ark. – Lucia Spear, 93, of Winslow, Ark., died Monday, Oct. 27, 2003. She was a retired teacher, having taught in Limestone. She was predeceased by her husband, McKinley Spear. Survivors include her daughter, Betsey Smith and husband, Sumner of Winslow, Ark. Services and burial were in Arkansas. Memorials may be made to the Library, 108 Main St., Winslow, AR 72959.
