HUDSON, N.H. – Lucie Marie Gisele Goulet, 41, passed away peacefully Monday, May 12, 2008, surrounded by her family at Community Hospice House, Merrimack, N.H. Lucie was born July 14, 1966, in Magog, Quebec, daughter of Marcel R. Goulet of Hudson and Solange (Rodrigue) Goulet of Nashua, N.H. Although Lucie was born in Canada, she was raised throughout New England. She attended Massachusetts College of Art and was a freelance artist. She especially enjoyed working with oils in the abstract. She loved the outdoors, in particular the water. Kayaking was one of her many pastimes. She also loved her sister’s American bulldog, Lilly-Belle. In addition to her loving parents, Lucie is survived by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Guylaine and Tom Ostrander of New Boston, N.H., and Celine Goulet of Manchester, N.H.; one niece, Ava Ostrander; and two nephews, Austin and Troy Ostrander, all of New Boston, N.H. Visiting hours will be held 4-7 p.m. Sunday, May 18, at Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry St., Hudson, N.H. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 19, at Blessed John XXIII Parish, St. John the Evangelist Church, 27 Library St., Hudson, N.H. Please meet at the church.
