SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. – Lucille E. Fisher, 88, died Thursday, Marcy 25, 2004, at the Pottsville, Pa., Hospital. She was born Sept. 30, 1915, in Bangor, the daughter of the late William and Carolyn Tozier Jenkins. Lucille was a graduate of Bangor High School and was employed as a bookkeeper for the National Biscuit Co., in Natick, Mass., until retiring in 1979. She was a member of the First Universalist Church and was an award winning craftsman, knitter and crocheter. She was also an expert bridge player. She was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Crane; and five brothers, Donald, Raymond, William, Kenneth and Earl Fisher. She is survived by two daughters, Ruth Jacobsen of Schuylkill Haven and Jeanette Watts of Medford, Mass.; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, March 29, at the Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc., 6th and West Market St., Pottsville, PA 17901. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
