LEWISTON – Lucille R. McLellan, 63, passed away unexpectedly, March 15, 2004, in Bangor. She was born Nov. 13, 1940, in Lewiston, the daughter of Ludger and Ladowiska Giard. In Lucy’s life of triumph and struggle, she constantly demonstrated love in its purist, unconditional form. Lucille is loved and remembered by her five children and their spouses, Brian and Kim McLellan of Fairfield, Sandy Zally and her late husband, Kip, of Phoenix, Ariz., Alice Marshall and her husband, Tony, of Dover-Foxcroft, Christine McLellan of Bangor and Kevin McLellan and his wife, Marie, of Bucksport; 18 grandchildren, Moriah, Richard, Cameron, Shohanna, Caleb, Ched, Brianna, Rebecca, Sierra, Andrew, Pehry, Chelsea, Levi, Jordan, Cody, Lydia, Harmony and Aiden; one brother, Lou Giard and his wife, Joanne of Lisbon; three sisters, Sr. Roland Giard of Methuen, Mass., Jeannette Pelletier and her husband, Larry, of Leedsand, Joanne Bouchard and her husband, George, of Lewiston; several nieces and nephews. A celebration of Lucille’s life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church, 527 Hammond St., Bangor, where friends may visit from 12 noon until the time of service. The Rev. Charles Hurst, pastor, will officiate. A private burial at a later date will be with her parents in Lewiston. Arrangements by Kiley Funeral Home, 69 State St., Brewer.
