HERMON – Mackenzie Faith Crowley, 3, our little angel, has gone to be with her Lord Tuesday, April 8, 2008, after a brief battle with nephrotic syndrome. She was born Jan. 11, 2005, in Gainesville, Fla., the daughter of Sean P. and Shannon M. Crowley. Mackenzie enjoyed watching “Dora The Explorer” and “Go Diego Go” and any DVD that Elmo played in. She recently had a new stuffed teddy baby jaguar, “Diego’s friend” that she adored. Mackenzie enjoyed playing with her friends at Parkside Children’s Learning Center. She was no stranger to mud puddles, which was very evident after she was finished playing in them. Mackenzie also enjoyed dancing, dressing up, reading books, playing music, especially on “Daddy’s” drums. In addition to her loving parents, she is also survived and will be sadly missed by grandparents, Mike and Joanne Crowley of Stockton Springs, Debbie and Gary Hardacre of Alachua, Fla., and Joseph and Lorraine Antonacci of Pembrooke Pines, Fla.; great-grandparents, Nathaniel Sr. and Esther Crowley of Stockton Springs, and Betty Orr of Alachua, Fla.; Aunt Kelley and Uncle Dan Littlefield; and cousin, Maeve of Waldo. “We had three very special years with you, our beautiful sweet angel, Mackenzie. Momma and Daddy love you more than you can ever know. Although our time with you was short, you gave us a lifetime of joy. We were blessed with the time we did have with you and for all that you taught us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and funny personality with us every moment of every day. You are with God now and we cannot wait for the day we see your shining smile and big brown eyes again. Until then, here’s one Eskimo kiss and two butterfly kisses from Momma and Daddy. We love you!” A funeral service will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., with the Rev. Robert T. Carlson officiating. Friends may call 2 p.m. Saturday until the time of funeral service. Florida memorial services will be announced at a later date. Those who wish to remember Mackenzie in a special way may make gifts in her memory to March of Dimes Foundation, 1275 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains, NY 10605.
