BANGOR – Madeline E. Richardson, 92, wife of the late Ora Richardson, died Dec. 3, 2006, at a local health care facility. She was born Jan. 8, 1914, in Bangor, the daughter of John and Ethel (Wentworth) Bradman. Madeline was a graduate of Bangor High School and a member of Brewer Calvary Baptist Church. She had been a long-time resident of Stillwater Health Care. She is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Charlene and Charles Thayer of Hermon and Zephyrhills, Fla., Shirley and Keith Doak of Brewer, Eleanor and Alvin Thayer of Hermon; one stepdaughter, Janice Enriques of Bangor; one stepson, Gordon Richardson of Brewer; her sister and husband, Ardell and Clarence Quandt of Grand Island, Neb.; daughter-in-law, Sally Lindsey of Carmel; sister-in-law, Ruth Bradman of Virginia; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; a special niece, Dawna Clapp; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and second husband, she was predeceased by her first husband, Clyde Lindsey; her son, Robert Lindsey; four brothers, Gordon, Carroll, Donald and Eugene Bradman. Private graveside services for the family will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
