WINTERVILLE – Madeline Stevenson, 80, died Aug. 15, 2005, at a Fort Kent hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in St. Francis, Jan. 2, 1925, the daughter of William and Isabelle (Ouellette) Goslin. She is survived by 11 children, Andrew Stevenson and his wife, Joanne, of New York, Pat Crane and her husband, Richard, of Winterville, Jake Stevenson and his wife, Joanne, of Ashford, Conn., Helen Morrow and her husband, Maurice, of Somerville, Adeline Bryck and her husband, Eddie, of Bristol, Conn., Maynard Stevenson and his wife, Sylvia, of Chaplin, Conn., Theresa Stevenson of Coventry, Conn., George Stevenson and his wife, Laura, of Franklin, Karen Dube and her husband, Mike, of Augusta, David Stevenson of Dayville, Conn., Michael Stevenson and his wife, Anna, of Manchester, Conn.; three sisters, Edwidge Gagnon of Caribou, Leona Eldridge and Hilda Nicknair, both of Caribou; 27 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two daughters, Rachel Minicucci in 1989 and Doris Stevenson in the early 50’s. Friends may call at the Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday until time of departure for Eagle Lake. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Eagle Lake. Committal services will follow in the parish cemetery.
