VAN BUREN – Marcella O. Cyr, 80, died Feb. 20, 2005, at a Van Buren nursing home. She was born Nov. 7, 1924, in Van Buren, the daughter of Donat and Annie (Ouellette) Ouellette. Marcella is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Philip D. “Pete” Cyr of Van Buren; three daughters, Philippa Daigle and her husband, Dan, of St. Leonard, N.B., Canada, Judy Marquis and her husband, Ray, of Van Buren, Patricia Picard and her husband, Michael, of Windham; one brother, Roger Ouellette of Van Buren; eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one brother, Rosaire Ouellette; and by two sisters, Antoinette Beaulieu and Rita Hall. There will be no calling hours. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, at the St. Bruno-St. Remi Catholic Church. Spring interment will be in the parish cemetery.
