CALAIS – Marguerite A. Small, 89, died Saturday, April 10, 2004, at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 24, 1914, in Sydney, Nova Scotia, daughter of the late Otto and Rose (Bona) Feltmate. Marguerite enjoyed crafts, ballroom dancing and spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent Small in 1996; two sons, Kenneth McLellan and William Smith; and two brothers, Eddie Feltmate and Joseph McLellan. Surviving are three nieces, Donna Davis and her husband, Donald, of Oak Bay, New Brunswick, Vivien Sewell and her husband, Robert, of St. Stephen, New Brunswick, and Norma McLean of Calais; a nephew, Phillip Feltmate and his wife, Linda, of St. Stephen; and several great-nephews and nieces. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Scott-Wilson Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor Bob Hinton officiating.
