GUILFORD – Marian P. Stroud went home March 10, 2006, to be with her loving spouse, Grover C. Stroud; and her parents, Gabriel and Mildred (Hebert) Pellerin, to whom she was born Sept. 12, 1924, at Lake Charles, La. She is survived by two sons, Mark Stroud and his wife, Deb, of Dover-Foxcroft, Ronnie Bernard and his wife, Linda, of Katy, Texas; twin daughters, Darlene and her husband, Benny Davis, of Tyler, Texas, Marlene and her husband, Garland Reed, of New Iberia, La.; 13 grandchildren and soon-to-be eight great-grandchildren. Visitations will be held 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, at the Johnson Funeral Home in Lake Charles, La. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday, March 16, at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Lake Charles, La. Entombment will follow at the Consolata Cemetery, Lake Charles, La. Friends who wish may make memorial contributions to Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 3939 Lake St., Lake Charles, LA 70605.
