CHERRYFIELD and BREWER Marie C. Randall, 94, died peacefully Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, at a Brewer health care facility after a short illness. She was born Jan. 31, 1913, in Patten and lived in Cherryfield most of her life. Marie had moved to Brewer two years ago and was cared for by her daughter, Sandra. She graduated from Cherryfield Academy in 1930. Marie was an avid lifelong Beano fan with many longtime “Beano friends.” She is survived by five children, daughters, Patricia O’Conner of Buffalo, N.Y., Sandra Gray and her husband, Wayne, of Glenburn, Sally Davis of Fairhaven, Mass., and Ruthie Souza of Fairhaven, Mass.; son, Larry Davis and his friend, Rita, of Brewer; 10 grandchildren, Sue Walters and her husband, Thomas, of Buffalo, N.Y., Scott O’Conner of Buffalo, N.Y., Lisa Gaeta of San Diego, Sally Decoster and her husband, Sean, of San Diego, Michelle Roberts of Bre-wer, Kevin and Richelle Souza of Fairhaven, Mass., Troy Davis and his wife, Cheryl, of Pennsylvania, Paul Davis of Turner and Penny Davis of Bangor, several great-grandchildren; special friends, Jan Santerre, Lorna Davis and Terry Hawks, who were all thought of as “daughters.” Marie’s family would like to thank the staff of Brewer Rehab for their loving care.
