CARIBOU – Marie May Nadeau, 79, died Feb. 17, 2008, in Fort Kent. She was born May 6, 1928, in St. Basile, New Bruns-wick, the daughter of Georges and Delina (Cyr) Ringuette. She was educated in the Normal School, New Brunswick. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family. Marie was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus, Caribou Hoofers Square Dance Club and Seniors Club. She is survived by two sons, Paul Nadeau and his wife, Anne, of Van Buren and David Nadeau and his partner, Mark, of South Portland; a sister, Jeanne Ringuette of Edmundston, New Brunswick; her brothers, Normand Ringuette and his wife, Gisele, of St. Basile, New Brunswick, Guy Ringuette and his wife, Andre, of Matane, Quebec, Rino Ringuette and his wife, Simone, of Farmington, Conn., and Gerard Ringuette and his wife, Ann, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan; sev-eral nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Laurien Nadeau, Sept. 22, 2002; and three brothers, Robert, Ronald and Edmund Ringuette. Many thanks to all the caretakers, especially Warren and Anita Harris and Nancy Nason. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with the Very Rev. Jean-Paul Labrie, pastor, officiating in a Mass of Christian burial. Spring interment will take place at New Holy Rosary Cemetery.
