BANGOR – Marion A. (Blanchard) Daniels, 91, wife of the late Coley S. Daniels, died Sept. 30, 2005, at a local healthcare facility. She was born March 21, 1914, in Corinth, the daughter of Edgar and Mary (Palmer) Blanchard. She is survived by six children, Malcolm Daniels and his wife, Alice, of Galena, Mo., Wilbert Daniels and his wife, Avis, of Puyallup, Wash., Delbert Daniels of Littleton, Colo., Leona Fogg and her significant other, Mike Provencher, of Glenburn, Lei Hasey and her significant other, David Dekanich, of Orono, Stephen Daniels and his significant other, Beverly Shumaker, of Bangor; two brothers, Morris Blanchard of Hermon, Russell Blanchard and Patricia of Delaware; several grandchildren, great-grand-children, great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Lena Brigham; one brother, Robert; two sisters, Dorothy and Amy. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, with the Rev. Brian Haggerty, pastor of the Neighborhood Church, Bangor, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Brookings-Smith Family Center, 163 Center St., Bangor, immediately following the funeral service. Private interment will be at Chamberlain Cemetery, Exeter.
