MAYETTA, Kan., and MILLINOCKET – Marion A. Leet, 95, wife of the late Ronald N. Leet, died Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at the home of her daughter in Mayetta, Kan. She was born April 7, 1912, in Bangor, the daughter of John and Martha (Corey) Ferris Mondelek. Marion was a resident of Millinocket for 90 years, until she moved with her daughter and son-in-law to Mayetta, Kan. She attended Stearns High School, Millinocket and was a communicant of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church. She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella, Little Flower Circle for more than 40 years and loved working at St. Martin’s Thrift Store, and served her church in many ways. Marion is survived by two daughters, Carole Wedge and her husband, Kenneth, of Millinocket and Rhonda Tracy and her husband, James, of Mayetta, Kan.; seven grandchildren, Kyle Nesbitt of Tampa, Fla., John Hartley of Austin, Texas, Katherine Littleton of Houston, Ann Morrow of Portland, Karen Hackett, Kristy Wedge Clark of Bangor and Tricia Murray of Salem, N.H.; 10 great-grand-children, two great-great-grand-children; a very special sister, Helena Parker of Lincoln; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by three brothers, Charles, John and Herbert Ferris; five sisters, Geraldine Leino, Edith Michaud, Frances LeVasseur, Stella LeVasseur and Eleanor Koci; a stepdaughter, Beverly Hall; two grandsons, Lonnie Hartley and Brad Brady; and a great-grandson, Joshua Hartley. She never stopped missing her friends, Glenise and Elsie, and would reminisce about her one and only love, Ronald. Friends are invited to visit with the family 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bouchard – Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket, where the Daughters of Isabella, Little Flower Circle, will conduct a Rosary service 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday, April 19, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 112 Maine Ave., Millinocket, with the Rev.
