DEXTER – Marjorie R. Libby, 78, the wife of the late Harold L. Libby Jr., died Sept. 30, 2007, at her residence after a short illness. She was born July 30, 1929, in Fayette, N.Y., the daughter of Lloyd and Arlene (Ritchie) Williamson. Marge traveled with her husband all of the 24 years he was in the Air Force. When they settled in Dexter, she began her 19-year employment for Bud’s Shop ‘n Save, Dexter. She is survived by a son, Charles E. Costa and his wife, Karen, of Kingsville, Mo.; three daughters, Leslie Stull and her husband, Harold, of Horseheads, N.Y., Nancy L. Price and her husband, Bill, of Dexter and Beverly Frost and her husband, Steven, of Corinth; four sisters, Zeffa Ferro of Auburn, N.Y., Eileen Huff and her husband, Bernard, of Waterloo, N.Y., Helen Wantke of Rochester, N.Y., and Louise Kemp and her husband, Fred, of Corning, N.Y.; a brother, David Williamson and his wife, Mary, of Waterloo, N.Y..; six grandsons, three granddaughters and nine great-grandchildren. Marjorie was predeceased by a sister, Leona McCarthy; and a brother, Charles Williamson. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth, where funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Ronald E. Libby officiating. Burial will be at Corinthian Cemetery, Corinth.
