EDDINGTON – Mark Edward Howard, 46, died unexpectedly July 27, 2006, in Bangor. He was born Aug. 31, 1959, in Englewood, N.J., the son of Elton James and Carol Mae (Paijean) Howard. In addition to his father, he is survived by his stepmother, Herrietta Howard of Alexander; a brother, Elton W. Howard and wife, Michelle Howard, of Yulee, Fla.; a sister, Debra L. McFarland of Winslow, Brian Michael Howard and wife, Elizabeth, of Williamsburg, Va.; life long friend and partner, Susan D’Errico, of Eddington; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be sadly missed by all. He had many wonderful friends and acquaintances who will miss his extra large heart, quirky sense of humor and timing. Interment will be at Brooklawn Memorial Park, 2002 Congress St., Portland. Gifts in his memory may be sent to a charity of one’s choice. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
