MEDWAY – Markie D. Cram, 94, husband of the late Justine E. Cram, died Jan. 19, 2006, at a Millinocket healthcare facility. He was born May 17, 1911, in Mattawamkeag, the son of Dave and Florence (Thompson) Cram. Markie worked for many years at the Great Northern Paper Company. He loved hunting and fishing and was an avid Red Sox fan. He is survived by a son, Everett “Skip” Cram and his wife, Shirley, of Medway; three grandchildren, Danny and Carrie Cram, David and Nikki Cram and Cathy and Jim Shaw; four great-grandchildren, Chelse and Shane Cram and Justin and Eric Shaw; five sisters, Nettie Craig, Leona Snowman, Annie Seavey, June Thompson and Katherine Cram; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by four brothers and a sister, Ross, Carl, Arnold, Lettie and Fred. Friends may call 3-7 p.m. Saturday, at Glad Tidings, Church of God, Medway. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, at the church, with the Rev. Robert Phillips, officiating. Spring interment will be in Grindstone Road Cemetery.
