LIMESTONE – Martin “Marty” “Sam” Holton, 37, died unexpectedly April 12, 2005, at Caribou. He was born Feb. 16, 1968, in Hartford, Conn. Mr. Holton was employed as the Sales manager for Hartley’s Auto in Newport for several years and more recently had been employed as an auto salesman for several area auto dealers. He married Stacie (Galpin) Holton. He attended St. Louis Catholic Church. Marty loved to ride his Harley and will be sadly missed by his Harley buddies. Surviving in addition to his wife, Stacie, of Limestone; are his parents, Wayne and Louise “Siddy” (Brooker) Moomey of Limestone; two daughters, Kilee Merchant of Limestone, and Megan and Kevin Holton both of Milford, Conn.; one brother, Robert Moomey of Stockholm; two sisters, Roxane Bisson of Ansonia, Conn. and Wanda Howie of Windham; his nieces and nephew, Danielle, Aimee, and Jessica Howie, Brittany and Rebecca Bisson and Andrew Moomey; a great-niece, Gianna Howie; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, Stephen Holton. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2005, from St. Louis Catholic Church with Fr. Jean-Paul Labrie, officiating. Interment will be in the St. Louis Cemetery.
