MARY A. MCALLISTER NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario Mary A. McAllister (nee Benson), 77, went home to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ, peacefully on Tuesday, March 29, 2004, in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Beloved wife for 22 years of Ronald McAllister. Loving mother of Alan (Jami) Brown, Jean (David) Tidd, Paula (Charles) Wallace, Roger (Denise) Brown, Brian (Terri) Brown and Barbara McArthur. Special grandmother of Debra-Leigh Williams; 22 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Mary will be sadly missed by her dear and special friends, Roger Pepin and Linda Walton. She is survived by one brother, Garrold (Marilyn) Benson of Groton, Conn.; and one sister, Joyce (Earle) Hoyt of Mars Hill. She was predeceased by her siblings, Hattie Tingley, Clayton Benson, Winnifred Swenden and Luther Benson Jr. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her family at the Lighthouse Baptist Church. A funeral service was held earlier in Ontario. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday April 25, 2004, at the Hodgdon Cemetery, with the Rev. Wayne Robertson officiating.
