MARY ANN LEBEL VAN BUREN – Mary Ann Lebel, 98, died March 22, 2005, at a Van Buren nursing home. She was born Feb. 1, 1907, in Ste. Helene, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of Paul and Delina (Castonguay) Castonguay. She was a member of the Evangeline Circle, Daughters of Isabella. Mrs. Lebel is survived by one son, Wilfred Lebel and his wife, Claudette, of Presque Isle; one brother, George Castonguay of Van Buren; three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Levite Lebel in 1961 and by her second husband, Albert Lebel in 1984. Relatives and friends may call at the Ouellette-Thibault Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren, from 10 a.m. until time of service on Saturday. A funeral service outside the Mass will be celebrated at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Saturday. Interment will be in the parish cemetery later this spring.
