KENDUSKEAG – Mary E. “Betty” Condon, 68, died Jan. 7, 2006, at her residence after a long illness. She was born March 30, 1937, the daughter of Henry and Alice (Grant) Floyd. She is survived by her sisters, Jane and her husband, Allan Ames, of Compton, N.H., Margaret Viricel of Holden, Linda and her husband, Arthur Peters, of Glenburn, Susan Floyd of Eddington; brothers, Howard Floyd of Millbury, Ohio, William Floyd of Bangor; special foster daughter, Leanne Dutch of Kenduskeag; a companion, Thomas Nicholas of Kenduskeag; her dog, Buddy; longtime friend, Bea Doughty of Levant; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother, James Floyd. The family would like to especially thank New Hope Hospice for their care and considerations. A spring graveside service in Woodlawn Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
