MADAWASKA – Mary Jane Levesque, 72, died Jan. 1, 2004, at a Madawaska nursing home. She was born in Madawaska, May 26, 1931, the daughter of Henry and Regina (Bernard) Raymond. She is survived by her husband, Harold J. Levesque, of Madawaska; one son, Daniel and his wife, Marie, of Frenchville; one daughter, Linda Thibeault and her husband, Daniel, of Bristol, Conn.; four brothers, Henry Raymond of Terryville, Conn., Reginald and Gerald, both of Madawaska, Chris of Salt Lake City, Fla., Al of Chicago, Ill.; two sisters, Geraldine Pelletier of Sanford, Lorraine Ducas of Edmundston, New Brunswick; four grandchildren, Danielle and Brandon Levesque, Todd Thibeault and Kim Levasseur; three great-granddaughters, Karisa, Kayla, Katerina Levasseur; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Friends and relatives may call the Daigle Funeral Home from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and from 1 p.m. until time of services on Monday. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
