BAILEYVILLE – Maureen Campbell, 58, died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2005, at a Bangor hospital. Maureen was born Jan. 28, 1947, in Madawaska, daughter of the late Norman and Edna (Beaulieu) Beaulieu. On March 23, 1975, she married Richard “Dick” Campbell in Madawaska. Maureen was employed as a chamber maid for Calais Motor Inn for several years. She enjoyed being with her friends and family and had a love for animals. Maureen was predeceased by a sister, Normande Chasse; and a brother, Fred Beaulieu. Surviving are her husband of more than 30 years, Dick; a daughter, Karen Beaulieu and Brad Tompkins and their children, Kristen and Shane of Perry; a son, Robert Campbell and wife, Stephanie, and their children, Raven, Justice, Marshall, and Rayna of Baileyville; a sister, Freda Albert and husband, Real, of Madawaska; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, in Woodland Cemetery, Baileyville.
