CHARLOTTE – Maureen Schrader, 56, went home to be with the Lord April 30, 2007, after a courageous battle with a long-term illness. Maureen is remembered for her creativity, her kind spirit and her faith in God. She enjoyed gardening, picking blueberries and studying the Bible. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Garry Sch-rader; her father, Richard Hnat and mother, Diane Hnat; her brothers, Alan Hnat and Brian Hnat; her sisters, Christine Hnat and Darlene (Hnat) Klemm; her daughter, Jessica Schrader; grandson, Ethan; her son, Ben-jamin Schrader and Amanda (Kinney); grandchildren, Caleb, Ruth, Silas and Justus; her daughter, Suzanna (Schrader) and Andy Daneman; grandchildren, Nicolas, Nathan and Autumn; her son, Michael Schrader; as well as by many friends. It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23. Service and burial were held in Fort Kent.
