BANGOR – A funeral service for Melvin Charles Fowler will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Peter Sprague, pastor of the Columbia Street Baptist Church officiating. Interment with military honors will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor.
