ACWORTH, Ga. – Ms. Kathleen Marie Dukes, 20, died Friday, May 30, 2008. Ms. Dukes was a native of Waterville. She attended Wood-land High School, Cartersville, Ga., and worked at La Weight Loss as a weight loss counselor. Surviving are parents, Donald and Jeanne M. Dukes of Acworth, Ga.; sisters, Michelle Dukes of Knoxville, Tenn., and Lauren Dukes of Maine; maternal grandparents, Roger and Marie Dow of Newport; grand-mother, Joyce Dunton of Swan-ville; uncle, Douglas Dunton of Rockland; aunts, Margaret Wells of Belfast and Patricia Dunton of Plymouth; and several cousins. The family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, June 3, at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, Kennesaw, Ga. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, from the chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, Kennesaw, Ga., with the Rev. Matt Sams officiating. Burial will be after at Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery, Kennesaw, Ga.
