FRENCHVILLE and ST. FRANCIS – Marion (Michaud) Pelletier, 82, died June 1, 2008, at a Frenchville health care facility. She was born April 22, 1926, in St. Francis, the daughter of Regis and Edith (Thibodeau) Michaud. Marion was a member of Catholic Order of Foresters. Several of her favorite pastimes were cooking, knitting, playing cards and shopping. She is survived by her two daughters, Alethea and her husband, Lowell Guerrette, of Fort Kent and Marie and her husband, Keith Hartt, of St. Francis; one son, Charles and his wife, Sherry Pelletier, of Fort Kent; one sister, Irene Cyr of East Windsor, Conn.; seven grandchildren, Mike Abbott, Tracey Hartt, Stewart Abbott, Troy Boisvert, Trisha Caron, Leslie Guerrette Plourde and Keisha Hartt; 11 great-grand-children; one brother-in-law, Roger Harvey and his wife, Violet; one sister-in-law, Edwina Harvey; many nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Claude Pelletier, Aug. 31, 1994; five sisters, Eliz-abeth Lafrance, Yvette Syversten, Jean Moody, Sophie and Altred Michaud; and three bro-thers, Rosaire, Leo and Remi Michuad. Friends may call 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Charles Catholic Church, St. Francis. Committal services will be after at St. Francis Cemetery.
