AMHERST – A funeral and committal service for Norman C. O’Halloran will be held 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Dr. Rex Garrett, Director of Chaplaincy services at Eastern Maine Medical Center, officiating. Interment will be in Amherst Cemetery.
