CARIBOU – Odile M. Bishop, 92, wife of the late Ted Bishop, died May 29, 2005, at Caribou. She was born Aug. 1, 1912, in Frenchville, the daughter of Dennis and Edithe (Rossignol) Roy. Mrs. Bishop was employed by the Birds Eye Div. of General Foods in Caribou for many years and was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Richard Levesque and friend, Germaine LaPlante, of Caribou and Robert and Delores Levesque of Hopkins, S.C.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Pauline and George Pelletier of Caribou and Nancy and Reg Clark of Fort Fairfield; one brother, Richard Roy of East Millinocket; six sisters, Eva Higgins of Solon, Iowa, Alma St. Peter of Belfast, Emma Newhouse of Houlton, Priscilla Nason of Hogdon, Lillian Roy and Diana Tidd, both of Houlton; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bishop was predeceased by her husband, Ted in 1999; her parents and stepmother, Celine; three sisters, Edwina Daigle, Shirley Suitter and Ella Guerrette; and three brothers, Lionel, Ernest and Rene Roy. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, and from 9 a.m. Thursday, until time of services. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2005, from the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with Fr. David Raymond, officiating. Interment will be in the Old Holy Rosary Cemetery.
