RUTLAND, Vt. – Pamela A. Washburn, 58, died Dec. 15, 2005, at the Rutland Regional Medical Center. She was born April 21, 1947, in Manchester, N.H., the daughter of Richard and Constance (Freese) Schmerder. Mrs. Washburn enjoyed volunteering for many years at the Rutland Regional Medical Center. She was a 22 year member of Grace Congregational Untied Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, George F. “Jeff” Washburn III of Rutland, Vt.; a son, Jared Mark Washburn Sr. and wife, Tricia, of Rutland, Vt.; a daughter, Leigh Paige Washburn of Rutland, Vt.; a grandson, Jared Mark Washburn Jr. of Rutland, Vt.; a sister, Fairlee MacEslin and her husband, William, of Woodstock, Vt.; nephew, Scott MacEslin of Turkey; and several cousins. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, at the Grace Congregational United Church of Christ, with the Rev. John C. Weatherhogg, Pastor, officiating. Calling hours will be held 3-6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at the Tossing Funeral Home, 39 Washington St., Rutland, Vt.
