SOMESVILLE – Patricia L. Kelley, 67, passed away April 18, 2008, surrounded by her loving family at an Ellsworth hospital. She was born Jan. 4, 1941, in Exeter, N.H., the daughter of the Rev. Theodore M. and Ruth (Hoyt) Blanchard. Pat grew up in a large family where family values and hard work ethics were part of life. Being the daughter of a minister she lived in many locations, which brought her to Somesville, where she met and married Paul, her husband of 49 years. She was a tender, loving, caregiving nurse at Sonogee Estates for 25 years. She will be deeply missed by her four children, Randy and companion, Jenna Gordious, Judy and husband, Scott Alley, Cindy and husband, Joe Jacobs, and Jeanie and companion, George Lyons; her eight grandchildren, Ben, Casey, Jason, Ronnie, Emily, Amanda, Justin and Brianna; great-grandsons, Logan and Nicholas; five brothers and their spouses, Glenn and Sandi, John and Edith, Mick and Mary, Ted and Angie and Stan and Brenda; four sisters, Nancy, Emily, Marjorie and husband, Bud and Joan and husband, Dick. Pat was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Paul; three children, Paul Jr., Maryann and Timothy; a sister, Ruthanne; and a granddaughter, Nichole. Family and friends are invited to visit 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, at Bragdon-Kelley Funeral Home, 215 Main St., Ellsworth, where the services will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, all are welcome to share memories.
