GREENVILLE and BANGOR – Paul Eugene Adrian Rodrigue, 80, went to be the Lord, Oct. 11, 2005, at his home in Bangor. He was born Oct. 2, 1925, in St. Prosper, Quebec, Canada, the son of Gaudias and Derina Rodrigue. Paul served honorably with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Baldock and the USS Houlton in the South Pacific and North Atlantic campaigns during World War II. He was predeceased by his wife of 48 years, Marion (Fogg) Rodrigue and leaves behind a very special friend, Rete. He is survived by three children, Ronald Rodrigue and his wife, Jocelyne, of Glenburn, Brenda Forbus and her husband, Donald and Loraine Breton, all of Tucson, Ariz.; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Lawrence Roderick and his wife, Barbara, of Greenville; and one sister, Patricia Morin and her husband, Adrian, of Dover-Foxcroft; several nieces and nephews. His family offers a special thank you to his nephew of whom he thought very highly, Norman and Linda Inman. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Greenville. Committal services and burial will follow at Greenville Cemetery, Greenville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, Memorial Program, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301. Cremation arrangements by Cremation Basics, Inc., Bangor.
