ROCHESTER, N.H. – Pauline Elizabeth Ouellette, 74, of 151 Eastern Ave., died Wednesday, March 21, 2007, at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness. She was born in Mattawankeag, the daughter of Adrian and Lanora (Sirois) Michaud. She was a resident of Rochester, N.H., since 1976, previously residing in Maine, Massachusetts and Germany. Mrs. Ouellette was a lady of tremendous faith, and an active member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Rochester, N.H. She cherished her large family, and was devoted to caring for them. She loved cooking, gardening and picking wild berries. When her children were younger, she enjoyed supporting them in their sports activities, and was a member of the Spaulding Booster’s Club and the Red Raiders Mother’s Club. Family members include her beloved husband of 53 years, Reginald L. Ouellette of Rochester, N.H.; her children and their spouses, Fredrick Ouellette of Somersworth, N.H., Reuben and Martha Ouellette of Springfield, Vt., Nora and William Sevigny of New Durham, N.H., David and Robin Carlson-Ouellette of Rochester, N.H., Ivan and Amanda Ouellette of Rochester, N.H., and Dorothy Gibbons of Wolfeboro, N.H.; her grandchildren, Brian Ouellette, Melissa Ouellette, Fredrick Ouellette Jr., Joshua Ouellette, Kelly Ouellette, Lisa Sevigny, Nicole Sevigny, Jaime Ouellette, Samuel Ouellette, William M. Sevigny and Tess Ouellette; a brother, Fredrick Michaud of Brandon, Fla.; and a very special friend, John Plaisted of Rochester, N.H. Visiting hours will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Beacon Funeral Chapel, 75 Allen St., Rochester, N.H. A concelebrated Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 189 North Main St., Rochester, N.H. Burial will be later this spring at Holy Rosary Cemetery, Rochester, N.H.
