NORTH NOBLEBORO – Philip A. Spear, 92, passed away quietly on Tuesday evening, Feb. 17, 2004, in Damariscotta. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, at the North Nobleboro Baptist Church in North Nobleboro. Arrangements are under the care of Hall Funeral Home, Waldoboro.
