EXETER and RIVERHEAD, N.Y. – Philip B. Eaton, 82, died Aug. 31, 2006, in Riverhead, N.Y. He was born April 23, 1924, at Exeter, a son of Richard and Joyce (Nason) Eaton. He is survived by two sons, Michael Eaton of Garland and Guy Eaton of Manorsville, N.Y; a brother Linwood Eaton of Exeter; a sister, Pat Wilson of Millinocket; three grandchildren. Philip was predeceased by his wife, Edith (Bangert) Eaton; a son Eric; and four sisters, Barbara, Gwen, Virginia and Priscilla. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the McLaughlin-Heppner Funeral Home, 336 Marcy Ave., Riverhead, N.Y. Burial will be in Long Island.
