CORINNA – Philip L. Brann, 50, died unexpectedly Feb. 27, 2006, at his Corinna residence. He was born April 4, 1955, in Dexter, the son of Frederick B. and Lorraine H. (Harris) Brann. He was educated in Corinna schools. Philip was employed as a machinist for several years at Target Industries in Connecticut. He also worked at several local Maine mills. Philip was an animal lover and enjoyed the company of his two cats. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Lorraine and Frederick Hunter of Corinna; his wife, Jane Brann of Burnham; two daughters, Miriam Bragdon of Bangor and Amanda Patterson of Burnham; one son, Troy Patterson of St. Albans; four sisters, Mona and Donald Brown of Hartland, Sharon and Charles Brown of St. Albans, Diana and Benny Flood of Corinna, Kimberly Thompson and companion, Chris Higgins, of Corinna; nine grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. His father, Frederick Brann and his companion, Pamela Gould, predeceased him. Memorial services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, March 6, at the Morse’s Corner Baptist Church, Corinna. Following the service there will be a time of fellowship and refreshments in the church hall of the Morse’s Corner Baptist Church.
