HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill. Philip L. DeWitt, 59, died April 11, 2007. He graduated from Penobscot Valley High School in 1965. He was the beloved husband for 32 years of Carol L. (Hall); loving father of Timothy and wife, Melissa, and Bryan; proud grandfather of Alexis and Morgan; dear son of the late Lula and the Rev. LeRoy DeWitt; cherished brother of Mildred Sulecki and husband, Raymond; fond uncle of Thomas Lupp and Annette Ruef; and great-uncle of Bo Ruef. Memorial visitation will be held 5 p.m. Monday, April 16, until the time of service 8 p.m. at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, Schaumburg, Ill.
