CHERRYFIELD – Priscilla A. Tenney, 68, died unexpectedly July 10, 2004, at Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth. She was born Dec. 24, 1935, in Steuben, the daughter of Leonard O. and Annie “Bernice” (McHatton) Faulkner. Priscilla was an avid seamstress. For many years, she made most of her children’s clothing. She also made wedding cakes. Priscilla dedicated her life to taking care of her family, as they meant the world to her. She is survived by her mother, Annie “Bernice” Faulkner; son, Leroy Tenney and his wife, Eva; daughter, Cynthia Nelson and her family; son, Maurice Tenney and wife, Tammy, and little Maurice, Tyler, Austin, Jacob, Charlene, Shannon, and most of all, Titty Calf; daughter, Renee and Alan Robinson, and their daughters, Ashley and Jamie Spencer and husband, Ian; son, Sonny Tenney and wife, Hildegard and their daughters, Melanie and Priscilla Tenney and her daughter, Skyy; son, Tom Tenney and his son, Kennard, and Tom’s wife, Norma, and family; son, Michael Tenney, and his wife, Melissa and their children, Kyle, Kirsten; son, Robert Tenney and wife, Aimie, and their children, Rob, Alicia, and Brendan; brother-in-law, Lewis Emerson and his family, Todd, Shane and his wife, Amy, and their son, Evan; cousin and “almost” sister, Marita and many more special friends and family. She was predeceased by her husband, Lee Tenney; father, Leonard O. Faulkner Sr.; sister, Lynn Emerson; and brother, Leonard O. Faulkner Jr. Priscilla was a beloved mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at the Centerville Ingersall Cemetery. A gathering for family and friends will be held following the service at the home of Michael and Melissa Tenney, 509 Milbridge Rd., Cherryfield. Memorial contributions may be made in Priscilla’s memory to a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are under the care of Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, Main Street, Milbridge.
